ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES!

If you suspect that you have received the incorrect item, contact us at info@lettyluxhair.com.To be eligible for a return, customers are advised to complete all return requests within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, order number, and details of the exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return for approval will not be accepted.

Note: Orders are processed as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, modifications to your order are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to products, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

Our company has a strict policy regarding returns and chargebacks. We take these matters very seriously, and any attempt to defraud our company will result in criminal charges and civil suits being filed. We understand that mistakes can happen, and if you have a legitimate issue with a product or service, we are more than happy to work with you to find a solution. However, any fraudulent activity will not be tolerated.
